By ordering Saber’s products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Product Usage Responsibility
You acknowledge the need for careful use of Saber’s products, especially during vehicle recovery. The product should be used following the provided use and care guidelines. Regularly inspect the product for wear and tear, and avoid use if signs of damage, fraying etc are present.

Terms of Sale Agreement
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined between you and Saber Offroad. This agreement includes disclaimers of warranties and limitations of remedies, binding you to all its terms.

Limited Warranty
Saber Offroad warrants the purchased product to be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the purchase date. If the product fails within this period under normal use, Saber Offroad will provide a replacement at no charge. Conditions for replacement include returning the defective product for inspection within thirty (30) days of the failure and an outline of how the product was used and the vehicles used.

Assumption of Risk
You fully understand the risks involved in vehicle recovery using Saber products, including serious injury and potential economic losses. By using the product, you accept and assume all associated risks and responsibility for any incurred losses or injuries.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Remedy
Saber Offroad provides no warranties beyond the limited warranty mentioned above. The exclusive remedy for product loss or damage is limited to a one-time replacement as outlined in the limited warranty. Saber Offroad is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Release and Indemnity
Except for rights under the limited warranty, you agree to indemnify and hold Saber harmless from claims related to personal injury or property damage. You release Saber Offroad from liability and agree not to sue for damages, including those based on negligence.

Invalidity Clause
The invalidity of any term or condition does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms.

Governing Law and Venue
These purchase terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any action to enforce this agreement will exclusively take place in Victoria, Australia.

Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the purchase of Saber’s Rope products.
